QST currently employs 30 but has been growing rapidly and is looking forward to adding new members to the team to enable our stamping and extrusion areas to continue to expand. Be part of the QST team as a skilled to mid-level tool and die position. This position spans a pivotal link between our production, our suppliers and most importantly our customers. We are looking for a person to supplement task between our journey man tool and die maker and yourself.
- Work from drawings, blueprints and specifications to repair stamping & extrusion dies
- Use a variety of precision instruments for exacting measurements.
- Layout work and plan machine operations.
- Perform difficult machine set-ups and operations improvising of tooling and machines for unusual adaptations.
- Perform close and exacting bench and assembly operations to fit, align, calibrate, adjust and finish work.
Extrusion Part Handler & Line Assistant

The job consist of switching between operations helping on the line. This would include operating the stretcher & the saw along with inspecting, staging and packing the current product on the line. Press Set-Up & Operator
Metal Stamping Production Press Set-Up Technician

Schedule: Full Time - Hourly
Plan to work in a positive work environment. Position includes machine set-up on coil fed presses ranging from 25 to 250 tons. Run presses in-between set-ups, work with QC and Tool & Die Maker to assure tooling and parts meet specs.
Job duties include:
- Instruct and train press operators in the proper and safe operation of punch press equipment.
- Perform all quality control inspections, complete first piece/lastpiece inspections using proper calibrated measuring devices and complete quality records.
- Must be capable to read blue prints, work order instructions, documentation and engineering specifications.
- Determine if dies need repair and tag accordingly.
- Troubleshoot as needed.
Experience required 5+ years. Requires basic math, reading and writing skills, as well as good manual dexterity with the ability to preform tasks with little to no supervision.
